Registration (Nova)

Registration is the first point of contact with the Nova Center. Designated Nova Center staff are available in the Admissions/Crisis office to screen and evaluate persons for the first time, and to screen and refer those in crisis. You may register in person, by phone, or through this web site. The Nova Center is located at 1900 Golf Road, Second Floor, huntsville 35802. The phone number is (256) 705-6493. 

If you would like to pre-register online, you may do so by clicking here to open a document which you can fill out. Once you have completed the registration form, save it and email it to denise.robinson@mhcmc.org as an attachment. Alternatively, you can print out the completed form and bring it with you when you register in person.
