Family Integrity Network Demonstration (F.I.N.D.)

F.I. N.D. in-home intervention team members work with children (ages five through seventeen) and their families in the home and through DHR foster care. The in-home intervention team offers crisis intervention, individual therapy,family therapy, and parenting sessions in an effort to prevent out-of-home placement of children considered Seriously Emotionally Disturbed (SED).
