Triana Life Center

Triana Life Center Intensive Outpatient Program (TLC) is based on the psychosocial rehabilitative philosophy of care.  The program provides weekly individual and group therapy and basic living skills training with the primary goals of stabilization to prevent rehospitalization, social skills enhancement and community living.
